Almac is currently recruiting for an experienced
Brake Operator to work in our metal shop. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and working mainly in a fabrication shop environment.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Steel toed boots are required (all other PPE will be provided).
Must be experienced using Shears, Power Brakes, Saws, Drills, Slitters, and Power Hand tools.
Experience in a manufacturing shop is preferred.
Experience reading specifications as well as following verbal instructions.
Be able to cut, bend, roll, ream, punch, drill, weld or otherwise shape and form metal stock into parts or products.
Check products for correct shapes, dimensions, and other specifications.
Select and transport material to work area manually or using crane or hoist.
Document work completed.
Some heavy lifting may be required.
Communicate clearly in English.

Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
