About the opportunity
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible to schedule and coordinate deliveries with customers


Specifically:
- schedule and confirm the date that the customer expects to receive their purchased vehicle
- ensure all required operations are performed for sold vehicles
- ensure that any changes, additions, or deletions to the initial deal are correctly documented and in progress
- communicate with customers to ensure that they are kept informed as to any delays or changes to their initial expectations
- review all documentation to ensure appropriate paperwork is ready for the customer
- inspect the vehicle to ensure that all requested work has been performed correctly
- inspect Trade-in vehicles
- schedule an appointment time for the customer to take delivery of the vehicle
- perform other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions
- work alongside our dedicated team of Product Advisors and Financial Service Managers.


About you

  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles

  • Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- a proven commitment to quality of work
