ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

RMA receiving:_
Receive Customer returned Credit and Repair units in the RMA system, receive all packages same day when delivered
Place the Credit and Repair unit in separated stock
RMA repairing and spare parts control:_
Repair customer's repair unit in 10 business days
Order spare parts if needed
Spare parts inventory control
Submit repair report to department manager
Return credit stock testing and repairing:_
Test and repair Return credit units when available
Separate the qualified, defected and scrapped units in different category for further use
Return credit units' stock control
Submit the inventory report to department manager
RMA shipping:_
Prepare repair report and packing slip, ship the repaired units back to customer
Ship the replacement units or accessories to customer if needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

College Diploma
Minimum 2 year of repairing experiences in a warehouse environment
Willing to work flexible schedules
Detail oriented
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment as needed
Dependable and coachable with excellent personal and organizational skills
Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office suite)
Ability to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Must speak Mandarin

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

This is a fulltime position and may require overtime work when needed
This position operates in a warehouse environment located in Mississauga, Ontario
This role routinely uses standard office and warehouse equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, etc.
