ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • RMA receiving:_
  • Receive Customer returned Credit and Repair units in the RMA system, receive all packages same day when delivered
  • Place the Credit and Repair unit in separated stock
  • RMA repairing and spare parts control:_
  • Repair customer's repair unit in 10 business days
  • Order spare parts if needed
  • Spare parts inventory control
  • Submit repair report to department manager
  • Return credit stock testing and repairing:_
  • Test and repair Return credit units when available
  • Separate the qualified, defected and scrapped units in different category for further use
  • Return credit units' stock control
  • Submit the inventory report to department manager
  • RMA shipping:_
  • Prepare repair report and packing slip, ship the repaired units back to customer
  • Ship the replacement units or accessories to customer if needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • College Diploma
  • Minimum 2 year of repairing experiences in a warehouse environment
  • Willing to work flexible schedules
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment as needed
  • Dependable and coachable with excellent personal and organizational skills
  • Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must speak Mandarin

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:


  • This is a fulltime position and may require overtime work when needed
  • This position operates in a warehouse environment located in Mississauga, Ontario
  • This role routinely uses standard office and warehouse equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, etc.
