Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant relations and resolve tenant complaints.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to the property.
- Negotiate leases with tenants and vendors.
- Manage the budget for the property.
Salary:
$40,037.48-$65,000.00 per year
