The Position
You will be working with our lead service advisor in tracking and ordering parts. This includes general automotive as well as specialized parts for heavy equipment. Daily tasks include calling suppliers, tracking inventory and updating databases.

The parts admin will be in constant communication with service technicians on the floor, ensuring that their requests for parts are acknowledged and any issue arising from incorrect parts is immediately resolved.

The parts admin will routinely inspect and maintain all part information as well as client vehicle information on our business' automotive software.

You will be comparing prices from different suppliers to assess the best choice based on price, estimated arrival time and build quality.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of five years experience in auto parts
  • Basic computer skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge of heavy equipment is an asset
  • Organizational skills and diligent use of time
  • Selfsufficient with ability to produce results away from management oversight
  • Applicants must currently reside in Canada

Schedule & Pay:

This is a full-time position. We offer competitive wages based on experience, as well as a complete benefits package.

From $39,000.00 per year
