Parts Advisor.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor is responsible for assisting our valued customers and team members with sourcing vehicle parts and components at
Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg.

Parts Advisors also create a positive impression of our brand, they play a very important role in promoting and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Parts Advisors are people who communicate well and are patient, able to assess the customer's needs and provide solutions and understanding. They are people who are self-motivated, and work well independently and as a member of a high-performance team.
