Job Description:

We are currently looking for a full-time Office Clerk/Warehouse Associate

Customer service is your trademark and you are always able to find an alternative solution to meet the needs of customers?

You will be responsible for:

Receiving parts and accessories in the computer system (Karmak)
Followup on purchases, invoicing, accounts receivable and cash balances
Payment of suppliers and deposits
Prepare sales reports as needed;
Perform various clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.).
Prepare Daily bank deposit and necessary files

Qualifications:

To join our team, you need:

Professional degree in office automation or accounting combined with 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of MS Office, bilingualism and great sense of organization and autonomy.
