Accounting Clerk (Part-Time)

AutoCanada Collision Centres

Edmonton, Alberta

Compensation:
$16 -$18 per hour

Schedule:
Shifts Monday to Friday, hours per week

Accounting Clerk to provide professional administrative and accounting support to our team.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounting data entry for multiple entities
Assist with Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables as required
Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple entities
Compile data from multiple sources as required
Format, edit, proofread various documents and other related tasks
Provide general administrative support and support general organizational administrative function as required

Requirements:

Prior experience in a data entry or accounting clerk position is considered an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
Outstanding organizational and customer service skills
A performance driven attitude to accomplish all tasks with mínimal supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
