Account Executive for the US market.
With the support of the Sales Development Team, you will take our US prospects to the next level and show them why net2phone is the best solution for their business telecommunication needs.
This is a high volume inbound sales role with 100% of leads being supplied to you from our SDR group and marketing program.
You'll discover the prospects' concerns and issues, along with explaining how our product can solve their biggest communication challenges and help companies drive business success through smarter conversations.
As a motivated closer, you will work with prospects throughout the sales cycle, engage decision makers and stakeholders, address objections, position our offerings competitively, and provide a seamless hand off to our onboarding team to make sure deployment goes smoothly.
What you'll do.
- Close sales and achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Communicate with customers daily, making outbound calls and answering inbound inquiries from potential customers.
- Perform online demonstrations of our software and discover customers' needs and identify potential solutions.
- Overcome objections from prospective customers and emphasizing product features and benefits.
- Build and adjust prospect quotes and sales orders.
- Ensure proper and timely followup with prospects by establishing sales process next steps and booked meetings.
- Understand the technology nuances of our service as it relates to the prospects' needs and environment.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate further interest.
- Manage the database of current and potential customers through Salesforce.
- Manage a sales pipeline and forecast potential target achievement.
- Keep up with product and service information and updates.
- Stay informed about competing products and services.

Job Type:
Full Time, Permanent position.
Salary + Commissioned variables.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST
