About the Role
In this Temporary, Full-Time role you will inspire, coach, assist and support workplace representatives and volunteers. You will present United Way's message to groups, support fundraising activities, develop strategy and provide recommendations to maximize results.

We work in a hybrid environment, presentations, events, training sessions, fundraising, and networking with senior business leaders, management, and frontline staff will occur both online and in person.

This is a full-time temporary position for 17 weeks commencing on August 14 and ending December 8. Comprehensive training on United Way, fundraising strategies and public speaking is provided.


About you
To support our volunteers in a hybrid environment, this role requires comfort with technology.

Moderate Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are essential and experience using Microsoft Teams and Office 365 is a bonus.

A cell phone, drivers' licence, and vehicle or ability to be insured on the United Way van is required. We offer flexible work arrangements, including the ability to work part time from home. If electing to work part time from home, a remote workspace and a secure Wi-Fi connection is also required.
