- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with ETL tools (DataStage, SQL/PLSQL); Scheduling tools (JAMS); Database (Oracle)..
- Experience with shareholding disclosure monitoring investment compliance monitoring (shareholding disclosure, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Develop, implement, and optimize ETL processes, executing related tasks such as extraction, transformation, loading, integration, and error handling.
- Understand market data from sources such as Bloomberg, MarkIT as well as RIMES; and leverage technical skill set to perform complex analyses on large volumes of unstructured data to investigate and resolve exceptions.
- Gather, interpret and document complex business line information to support decision-making as well as target state employee training, adapting as needed.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure developed solutions are duly tested and fulfill specified business requirements.
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of data warehouse and data integration solutions.
- Provide training to compliance monitoring team, documenting material in a playbook structure.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and technologies.
