The Position
We are currently seeking a full time, preferably bilingual Administrator/ Data Entry Clerk. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support duties in varying capacities. You must be available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Related experience would be a significant asset. You will have exceptional attention to detail, be organized, strong technology and software skills and possess great communication skills. You will be working in a progressive environment that relies heavily on new technology. Adept working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a Microsoft Windows environment is essential.

uties and responsibilities may include:


  • Review, verify and manage data entries into specialized software, digital files and databases
  • Manage contacts in various systems
  • Continuing implementation and oversight of new internal client management software
  • Proactively reach out to clients as necessary to gather additional information or clarify information
  • Scanning, archiving, organizing and filing client documents
  • Printing and assembly of seasonal tax returns, financial reports, letters and other supporting documents
  • Submitting tax forms
  • Other special projects as necessary
  • Other administrative duties as needed
  • Preparing and distributing internal and external letters
  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings as required

Salary:
From $40,000.00 per year
