About you:


To support our growth we're looking for a
General Manager to drive excellence in service and experience within our operation.

You will identify, motivate, train & develop your team members to deliver exceptional service. You will drive innovative hospitality and create the cafe experience for our users in order to support operational excellence.

This role reports into the Head of Operations and will leverage their strong communication, hospitality and operational skills to partner with key stakeholders across culinary, nutrition, marketing, behavioral science, concept development, procurement, risk management, operations and our people approach.


The great things you'll do:

Design, manage and own the overall experience - not just the amazing product and service we offer

You'll set an expectation of hospitality that is friendly and that truly engages our guests

You will upskill, train and develop the management team

Monitor and manage all financial & budget responsibilities whilst making sure our standards are always the best

You'll create a culture of Food and Workplace Safety & ensure that all café operations meet fantastic standards

You will oversee and contribute to the successful opening of all new cafés and make sure that we meet the expected time frames

We'd love a bachelor's degree or, if not, equivalent professional experience

You'll have a minimum of 4 years food service & multi unit management experience

Excellent communication skills are a must - both written and verbal

You'll have a proven track record of leadership with great culinary knowledge

International hotel/marketing & events experience is definitely a plus
