Job Description:

About This Role

We are looking for a QE Program Manager who will be responsible for leading, supporting and guiding a Journey Team within individual Lines of Business or a group of multiple Journey Features to realize defined Journey goals.

Job Requirements

  • You will be partnering with the Journey Solution Train Engineers (SLTE), Release Train Engineers (RTE), and Product Owners to provide a broad range of test services and strategies, ensuring standards are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Drive E2E testing on Journey originating features to ensure product groups deliver with high quality.
  • Drive high quality delivery practices, delivering with speed and accuracy, develop quality engineering capabilities to build high quality software, Drive high quality requirements and acceptance agreement, Ensure environment stability and availability, Mitigate risks to TD systems & TD brand.
  • Work with partners, to ensure quality is built in. Coaches QE practitioners across Platform teams.
  • Manage large QE Program/Projects supporting multiple technologies and platforms across multiple line of business and solutions.
  • Guide Test strategies/test Plans for parallel initiatives running in TD Scaled Agile framework.
  • Hands on experience implementing effective test strategies and providing guidance to delivery teams in using tools / setting up environments that support ongoing quality and traceability
  • Experienced professional role with indepth knowledge / expertise in testing planning, design, automation, and execution
  • Lead the creation of a comprehensive endtoend detailed solution with overall accountability of feature delivery.
  • Improve the overall test efficiencies and thereby generate cost savings, implement ways to optimize the overall testing.
  • Good technical knowledge on Functional and API automation tools to guide the team.
  • Work with Platform stakeholders to understand requirements, attend workshops, identify resourcing requirements, provide initial estimates, and define the operating/ governance model
  • Build Trust and partnership among the team, peer group and effectively drive synergies across departments to ensure optimal utilizations and best use of talent.
  • Work with platform QE partners to ensure resources are ready and trained as per delivery pipeline and required technical knowledge.
  • Implement QE Best practices at every opportunity and ensure accurate status tracking/ reporting
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and management across the programs and departments through timely and accurate status reporting. Be able to project the value of QE, automation, nonfunctional at multiple levels including project management, executives through timely and accurate metrics.

  • Ability to work in a TD scaled Agile Model.
  • Experience in leading Tier 1, 2 programs with multiple teams and across BU/ LOB/ Departments.
