As a Manager of Guest Experience at Milestones, you ensure the highest level of service for each guest within your restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
- Promote teamwork and communicate in a positive and professional manner to all
- Driving a knowledge passion around our food and LWB programs
- Work with fellow managers on coaching, execution of initiatives and embedding hospitality
- Leading a workforce of over 20 teammates, including recruitment, training and development
- Managing and maintaining cost controls of food and beverage as well as restaurant labour
