Marketing Operations Manager - Maternity Leave Replacement Contract

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Marketing Operations Manager to work full-time on a contract as a
maternity leave replacement, based in our Montreal, Quebec office.


You will be responsible for the following:


  • Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
  • Manage demand generation full funnel performance.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports for executive review.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and BI presentations.
  • Report on KPI's, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and realized revenue.
  • Develop CRM and HubSpot dashboards to streamline operations for marketing, business development, and sales.
  • Marketing System Management:
  • Collaboration with sales analytics and IT teams to define and optimize processes for marketing workflow.
  • Make recommendations for system integration and efficiency.
  • Own operational tasks with Dynamics CRM and HubSpot Marketing Software.
  • Maintain and supervise lead automation and response time.
  • Provide feedback on process improvement.
  • PPC and SEO:
  • Oversee all PPC accounts and campaigns.
  • Ensure optimized performance and efficiency.
  • Lead monthly SEO and PPC reviews and coordinate with content and web teams.
  • Data Management:
  • Work with the data coordinator for streamlined list building.
  • Ensure efficiency and accuracy to serve marketing, business development, and sales needs.
  • Programmatic Marketing Projects:
  • Lead the marketing team in executing programmatic projects.
  • Coordinate efforts with content creators, designers, list builders, and marketing coordinators.
  • Ensure successful delivery of all programmatic projects.
  • Cross Funnel Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with SDR and sales teams on campaign and newsletter followup.
  • Attend meetings to track followup performance.
  • Forecasting, Budgeting, and Strategic Planning:
  • Assist VP Demand Generation in creating cost and ROI models.
  • Support annual planning cycles, including prior year analysis and pipeline planning.
  • Contribute to hiring plans and other key tasks.
  • CERP and SaaS Operation:
  • Oversee Customer Expansion and Retention Plan (CERP) operations.
  • Work with Director of SaaS on reporting aspects of SaaS programs.
  • People Management:
  • Oversee and guide a dynamic team of Marketing Coordinators and Data Coordinators in the effective implantation of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct coaching and training sessions for new marketing team members, ensuring proficiency in essential marketing skills and tools.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations management and people management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics CRM and HubSpot marketing software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
