About us
The Airport Dental Centre is a multidisciplinary family dental practice located in Oshawa inside The Taunton Health Centre.

We are looking to add a new team member to our Front Desk Team to join our growing dental family.

Duties include:_

• Utilizing the phone, patient records and computer system to maintain communication with our patients to assist in booking + maintaining appointments, updating records (medical history, personal, dental and insurance info) + predetermination followups
• Providing clear + concise responses to patients, doctors, other team members and insurance companies by phone and inperson
• Managing multiple duties (telephone + inperson inquiries, optimizing office schedule, greeting and processing patients, insurance liasion + breakdowns, confirming )
• Quick thinking and problem solving to maintain office capacity and efficiency

Qualifications:_

• Minimum 1 yr experience preferred in dental reception or dental administration
• Experience with Tracker an asset but willing to train
• Must have a dental background
