Responsibilities include:


  • Processes and inputs assigned customer orders, generates work orders and checks orders for special requests.
  • Schedules inbound or outbound customer appointments and communicates expected lead times and special accommodations.
  • Liaising with facility and in house operations teams through effective communication to coordinate shipments and provide exceptional service to customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensures proper invoicing of accounts by identifying all services performed so they can be communicated to the billing department.
  • Anticipates, prevents, and communicates delays or other events that can adversely affect the customer.
  • Keeps customers informed about the status of pending actions and inquiries about customer satisfaction to ensure consistent level of service targets are being achieved.
  • Liaises with the customer to address any damages or returns (OS&D). Investigate and complete relevant paperwork.
  • Accountable for the successful collection of assessorial fees.
  • Works effectively as a part of a team.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Must have reliable Transportation.
  • Proven team player with ability to align position goals with corporate strategic goals.
  • Proven strength in communication and relationship building.
  • A minimum of 23 years of customer service experience required.
  • Postsecondary education is an asset.
  • Strong time management skills with the proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong work ethic and superior attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & TMS
  • Must be legally allowed to work full time in Canada.

Shift: 7:00 - 16:00

$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
