ProjectAlbum Artwork in Memoriam
Purpose
I am creating a song in honor of my friend TK, who passed away. This artwork is meant to honor her spirit, beauty, and legacy.
I am intentionally working with a human designer rather than AI because this project carries emotional weight and deserves care, sensitivity, and intention.
TimelineThis is a rush project. Final artwork is needed within 12 hours.
Source Material
I will provide several photographs of TK taken approximately 15 years ago. You will notice that many of the selected photos highlight her smile, which she was especially known for. Please let her smile be an important element of the final piece.
The images are meant to be a foundation, not a limitation.
Creative Direction
The final artwork does not need to be photorealistic.
I am very open to:
- Illustration
- Digital painting
- Stylized portraiture
- Soft artistic interpretation
What matters most is that the piece feels:
- Honoring
- Warm
- Timeless
- Soulful
- Commemorative without feeling heavy or dark
I will provide a reference album cover to guide overall mood, composition, or visual language.
The intent is to follow the spirit of the reference while replacing the subject with TK, using her photos as inspiration.
Style NotesPlease avoid anything that feels:
- Overly realistic
- Artificial
- Generic
- AI generated
Text & Layout
- Minimal text
- Subtle typography
- TK's presence and energy should remain the focal point
- Square album artwork suitable for streaming platforms
- High resolution final file
This piece is a tribute. The goal is to capture who she was and how she made people feel, not just how she looked.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
