    Description

    Physiotherapy Assistant

    Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a permanent part-time physiotherapy assistant to join our growing team in Stayner, ON.

    The ideal candidate will assist the supervising physiotherapist in creating and implementing treatment plans for individuals living in residential care communities. Responsibilities include performing various treatments as prescribed by the physiotherapist, delivering exercise classes, setting up equipment, and maintaining a safe and tidy environment.

    • Assist with gait training, balance exercises, transfer training, range of motion, strengthening activities
    • Perform modalities such as heat/ice therapy and electrical stimulation (e.g., TENS)
