Active Scale Manufacturing Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our service team.

Responsibilities

Duties

Attend and receive third party training
Comply with all Measurement Canada legislative requirements
Customer relations, able to communicate with customer on site
Reporting of complaints and comments to service manager
Responsible for complying with all policies, including Health and Safety, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Transportation, and General Company Rules
Complete all required documents within the required time frames time sheets, service orders, calibration reports and all necessary receipts
Able to operate light duty vehicles in compliance with company policies and all applicable Highway and Safety regulations
Maintain presentable appearance wearing company uniform

Work Experience Requirements

Customer Service
Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs
Mechanical aptitude
Knowledge and use of hand tools, jacks, etc.
Basic computer skills
Attention to detail, following up and verify data for records
WHMIS, Fall Arrest, Confined Space Entry, Lock Out/Tag Out, P.P.E; and all other relevant safety training
Hold a valid class G driver license, and maintain a clean drivers abstract
Must maintain a clean background check
Formal training in instrumentation is a definite asset
Some knowledge of electricity
