We are looking for Guest Services Representatives to join our clinic.

You'll be part of an award-winning team, helping to ensure our clients receive exceptional assistance with bookings, billings, answer inquiries, and more.

You'll also play a role in maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic, and ensuring our therapists and practitioners' needs are met.

Hours will be 10-20 per week with the possibility for more.

Your Qualifications:

• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
• The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Flexibility in scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Experience with direct billing and insurance companies is an asset
• Experience with Jane Booking System is considered an asset
• A strong work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and timelines in a selfstarting environment
• Be goaloriented
• Possess strong customer service skills, with a passion for interacting with others
• A desire to help people
