Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of EDR (Electrodialysis Reversal) stacks according to established written work instructions and schematics
- Stacking membranes and spacers on EDR stack
- Minor Piping
- Securing fasteners
- Follow priorities as laid out by back log report to meet production schedule
- Report any issues with materials, drawings, Bill of Materials (BoM) and equipment
- Read and understand drawings and BoM to ensure correct materials are used
- Work with Engineering and Supervisor to maintain quality and a safe work environment
- Keep Work area safe and tidy and organize and maintain WIP and Raw Materials in area
- Other duties as assigned
Must be able to cover the following shifts:
6:45am - 3pm / Mon - Fri / 8 hrs (Days) for the first 2-4 weeks of hire
7:45pm - 6:00 / Mon - Thurs / 10 Hours (Night) then approximately for the next 3-6 months
2:45pm - 1am / Mon - Thurs / 10 hours (Aft) then assigned to this shift (will be required to cover for vacations on days/night shift as required, will be 1 week in duration)
Core Requirements:
- English, Ability to lift 20 lbs
- Ability to work on feet for 10 hour day
- Attention to detail
- Repetitive Production Experience would be an asset
