Description

Duties of the Field Coordinator role may include the following:
Assist the Superintendent to plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget

Communicate with Client to scope changes and adjustments to cost estimates

Coordinate construction projects, and prepare construction progress schedules

Manage project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration, request for information.

Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates

Develop and implement quality control programs

Prepare and submit all turnover documentation

Must have at least three years experience as an industrial Project Coordinator.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Have a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of construction and construction methods.

Have strong planning and organizational skills.

Use computer spreadsheets and databases as well as estimating, take-off, and scheduling software.

Pay:
$28.00-$40.00 per hour

Experience:
