Your future duties and responsibilities


1.


Project Planning and Initiation:


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Secure necessary approvals and support for the project.

Demand Management Consolidation:


  • Lead the effort to consolidate two separate demand management processes into one cohesive and standardized system.
  • Conduct indepth analysis of existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and streamlining.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to reengineer processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Introduce innovative strategies for achieving process efficiency and improved collaboration.

Common Intake Process:


  • Establish a unified and standardized intake process for demand requests, ensuring consistency in information gathering and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their unique requirements and incorporate them into the common intake process.

Governance:


  • Implement a robust governance structure that facilitates decisionmaking, issue resolution, and effective communication across project stakeholders.
  • Work closely with executive sponsors to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and goals.

Reporting and Metrics:


  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to monitor the success of the project and its impact on business outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership on project status, milestones, and risks.

6.


Automation and Integration:


  • Identify opportunities for automation and integration with other systems to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement technological solutions that support demand management processes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading process reengineering and optimization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of demand management principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
