_As a member of the Finance team, the Program Business Support Specialist contributes to the PRHC effort to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and the development of the financial operating budget/forecasts and adherence to related deadlines for areas of responsibility. The Program Business Support Specialist is also a key stakeholder in the process for the development of new initiatives as well as being a direct liaison in the ongoing movement towards a more integrated health care model. _

_WHAT YOU'


LL BRING:
_

_University degree in Finance, Health Administration, or Health Information or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

_:

_CPA designation obtained, or professional experience and written requirements for CPA designation are substantially complete

_:

_5 or more years of accounting experience

_:

_Healthcare experience would be considered an asset _

_


WHO YOU ARE:

_Demonstrated expertise and experience in performance measurement and reporting, as well as operational and financial processes including benchmarking

_:

_Ability to engage stakeholders, understand business objectives/requirements, develop performance measures and design reports and analytical tools tailored towards stakeholder and organizational needs to establish trends and help draw valid conclusions

_:

_Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism

_Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

_Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint)

_Knowledge of financial/statistical information (OCDM, OHRS, HIT) considered an asset
