GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Supports business analysis activities for business system or process projects for the Auto Fund division. This includes planning and monitoring; identifying, managing, and communicating requirements; identifying and proposing solutions; and assessing, testing, implementing, and evaluating solutions.
Works with Enterprise Program Management Office on lead projects that impact the Auto Fund division.
Identifies, develops, maintains, and delivers procedures for user training for new business systems.
Monitors, trains, oversees, and delegates work to employees testing business changes.
Provides daytoday technical and operational support for Auto Fund business systems and processes.
Troubleshoots and resolves business system and process issues and documents issues and fixes.
Liaises and consults with Systems, business areas, and/or vendors on the delivery of business system and process activities (e.g., system maintenance, upgrades, improvements) and to resolve complex issues.
Develops and maintains queries, spreadsheets, and reports with SoapUI, InfoMaker, Putty, WinSCP, and RUMRS to provide test data to internal staff for project testing.
Identifies, researches, analyses, and recommends improvements to business systems and processes.
Provides ongoing support to projects postimplementation, including support for peripherals (e.g., cameras, scanners).

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS- Knowledge of the Auto Fund division for Drivers and Vehicles.- Knowledge of Driver's Licence/ID card production.- Knowledge of the functions and operations of all Motor Vehicle departments.- Knowledge of SAM systems, including requirements, navigation, processes, and capabilities.- Knowledge of system testing methods and procedures- Knowledge of the system development life cycle.- Knowledge of project management fundamentals.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS- Two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Business, or defined equivalency.
