GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Note: This section is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities other duties and responsibilities may be assigned._
  • Supports business analysis activities for business system or process projects for the Auto Fund division. This includes planning and monitoring; identifying, managing, and communicating requirements; identifying and proposing solutions; and assessing, testing, implementing, and evaluating solutions.
  • Works with Enterprise Program Management Office on lead projects that impact the Auto Fund division.
  • Identifies, develops, maintains, and delivers procedures for user training for new business systems.
  • Monitors, trains, oversees, and delegates work to employees testing business changes.
  • Provides daytoday technical and operational support for Auto Fund business systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves business system and process issues and documents issues and fixes.
  • Liaises and consults with Systems, business areas, and/or vendors on the delivery of business system and process activities (e.g., system maintenance, upgrades, improvements) and to resolve complex issues.
  • Develops and maintains queries, spreadsheets, and reports with SoapUI, InfoMaker, Putty, WinSCP, and RUMRS to provide test data to internal staff for project testing.
  • Identifies, researches, analyses, and recommends improvements to business systems and processes.
  • Provides ongoing support to projects postimplementation, including support for peripherals (e.g., cameras, scanners).

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS- Knowledge of the Auto Fund division for Drivers and Vehicles.- Knowledge of Driver's Licence/ID card production.- Knowledge of the functions and operations of all Motor Vehicle departments.- Knowledge of SAM systems, including requirements, navigation, processes, and capabilities.- Knowledge of system testing methods and procedures- Knowledge of the system development life cycle.- Knowledge of project management fundamentals.


EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS- Two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Business, or defined equivalency.
