About the Opportunity


Due to growth, No-Spill Systems is currently looking to hire a highly motivated and hands-on individual to work out of our Winnipeg office as a Sales Manager.


To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of business to business sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales success and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Windows and MS programs
  • Excellent communication skills with a high degree of autonomy
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to travel to trade shows in North American and Internationally (approx. 6 weeks travel/year)
  • Postsecondary education or equivalent is an asset

Additional skills:

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience is an asset
  • Gold-Vision and/or QuickBooks knowledge is an asset
  • Spoken and written French is an asset

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic product sales plan in North America to meet sales and profitability goals.
  • Responsible for execution and achievement of the plan and related activities.
  • Provides regular and ad hoc reporting on sales and progress of sales plan to ownership team.
  • Promote the sale of No-Spill products to new and existing customers in North American through inhouse sales and via sales representative network
  • Identifies and recommends opportunities for product advertisement and promotion.
  • Maintains an awareness of competitor products, offerings, and marketplace activities.
  • Identifies product and customer trends to ensure No-Spill products remain current.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to No-Spill sale executive staff to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Ensure sales representatives are effectively trained, maintained, and managed.
  • Ensure timely sales reporting and projections provide clear insights into product sales performance.
  • Maintain contact with customers to ensure their product and service needs are met. Followup to ensure that products are delivered in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Provides timely information to the marketplace about No-Spill product innovations, developments, and product offerings.
  • Travel to and attend trade shows, product demonstrations, and customer locations throughout North American as required for approx. six (6) weeks of the year.
