The Opportunity
Responsible for meticulous invoice submission through customer portals. Proactively manages portal registrations, resolves customer inquiries and ensures efficiency of invoice submission process. Change agent, to support compliance and understanding of new processes.


The Role

  • Proactively manage customer portals by facilitating seamless registration of our company, managing user access, and maintaining uptodate records.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth registration process and troubleshoot any related issues.
  • Communicate important information gathered from customer interactions to business in a timely manner, fostering effective decision making.
  • Navigate and master various invoice submission portals used by our customers to ensure seamless and efficient invoice processing
  • Submit invoices in accordance with company guidelines
  • Foster collaborative relationships with crossfunctional teams, proactively addressing any discrepancies arising during invoice submission.
  • Implement best practices in data entry and documentation, contributing to the overall excellence of our invoicing procedures.
  • Continuously analyse current business processes and user requirements, to develop solutions
  • Stay abreast of portal updates and industry trends, incorporating innovative solutions to enhance portal management efficiency.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on portals, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional support.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as directed.
  • Education: College diploma / Postsecondary Education
Work Experience: 2-3 years

  • Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Infor M3 and invoicing portals is a plus.
