As a
Front House Member at Patty Slaps, your role is crucial in shaping our guests' experiences.

You'll be the go-to person for a warm welcome, efficient order processing, and ensuring that every burger is wrapped to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face that greets and serves our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Order Processing: Efficiently take and process orders, handle payments with precision, and maintain an organized front counter.

Food Wrapping: Skillfully wrap burgers and other menu items, ensuring they are presented beautifully and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the front-of-house area clean and inviting, contributing to a pleasant dining environment for our guests.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service, sharing insights and feedback to enhance operational efficiency.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing front-house supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and organized.


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a fastcasual or quickservice restaurant is an asset but not required.
  • Fluent in
    English and
    French (
    both required) to communicate effectively and creatively with a diverse clientele.
