You will join the Project Training & Competence Function which is responsible for the provision of group training and competence assurance on the Woodsmith Project, located in North Yorkshire, UK.

The Project Training & Competence team is the core presence on the project Central Training Team and is responsible for compliance and improvement within the training and competence function.

Your skills and expertise will be utilised to carry out assessment and verification activities, identifying and collecting required evidence in a valid, authentic and sufficient manner in order to assure promotion of safe work practices across the project.

Follow guidance issued by the Training and Competence team area with regards to assessment practice and completion of all assessment documentation and records.

Assess evidence of competence against project and legislative standards making sure assessment decisions are consistent and unbiased.
Experience of using all Microsoft applications and web-based data bases.
