The summer students will be assigned to projects and will be responsible for the following:
Utilize large volumes of information coming from policies, procedures, processes and other content to develop eLearning courses.
Maintain quality assurance standards during the course development process and use evaluation metrics to ensure continuous course improvement.


Your experience and skills:

Experience using Articulate 360 software, including Storyline 360, to create training materials.
Experience with Moodle Learning Management System or other similar Learning Management Systems is an asset.
Experience with video development and/or editing would be considered an asset.
Ability to manage time and work independently with a high degree of accountability.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, team skills, and the ability to be flexible to adapt to changing needs of our business.

Experience in the curriculum development and instructional design of job-specific adult education programs is an asset.
