FANUC America Corporation (FAC) is currently searching for an
Associate Systems Administrator (PC Support/Deployment) to be responsible for installing and troubleshooting corporate standard hardware and software.

This position will work with end users to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.

Primary responsibilities will include:

Install, deploy, move, configure, repair, and audit corporate standard hardware and software including PC's, workstations, printers, phones, smart phones and other technologies.
Maintain PC audit records.
Track and audit software licensing.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including contacting vendors or other department peers for assistance.
Provide effective and polite communication on a daily basis to end users, department peers, and vendors.
Communicate with the Technical Group as needed to ensure problems are resolved.
Answer and track calls at the helpdesk.
Provide audio video conference room support and telephone support.
Teach training classes as needed.
Occasional travel to the US
Associate degree in business, electronics, data processing or computer science or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum three years of troubleshooting experience with Windows, and Microsoft products including Office and Operating Systems preferred
Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and support PC hardware and software.
Working knowledge of general office communication wiring.
Troubleshooting knowledge of printers, conference room equipment and computer hardware.
Friendly and ambitious individual who can work closely with customers with excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Independently motivated individual who will stay abreast on current technology.
Working knowledge of UNIX is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED Required
