FANUC America Corporation (FAC) is currently searching for an
Associate Systems Administrator (PC Support/Deployment) to be responsible for installing and troubleshooting corporate standard hardware and software.

This position will work with end users to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.


Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Install, deploy, move, configure, repair, and audit corporate standard hardware and software including PC's, workstations, printers, phones, smart phones and other technologies.
  • Maintain PC audit records.
  • Track and audit software licensing.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including contacting vendors or other department peers for assistance.
  • Provide effective and polite communication on a daily basis to end users, department peers, and vendors.
  • Communicate with the Technical Group as needed to ensure problems are resolved.
  • Answer and track calls at the helpdesk.
  • Provide audio video conference room support and telephone support.
  • Teach training classes as needed.
  • Occasional travel to the US
  • Associate degree in business, electronics, data processing or computer science or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum three years of troubleshooting experience with Windows, and Microsoft products including Office and Operating Systems preferred
  • Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and support PC hardware and software.
  • Working knowledge of general office communication wiring.
  • Troubleshooting knowledge of printers, conference room equipment and computer hardware.
  • Friendly and ambitious individual who can work closely with customers with excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Independently motivated individual who will stay abreast on current technology.
  • Working knowledge of UNIX is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
