Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in an automotive setting.

Your primary role will be to assist customers with their automotive repair needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Duties:

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcome
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to assess and diagnose vehicle problems
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance
• Generate repair orders and obtain necessary approvals from customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
• Handle cash transactions, including collecting payments and providing change
• Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer's vehicle

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
• Solid mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in cash handling procedures
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Pay:
$55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
