Description
We specializes in residential unit turnovers as well as home renovations and commercial renovations.We are looking for an individual who can perform independently or in a team environment to complete a variety of different tasks.
Experience in general trades is required.Responsibilities include:
- Various types of flooring experience including installation and finishing. (hardwood, ceramic, laminate, and VCT)
- Kitchen and Bathroom renovations
- Basement renovations
- Must have basic tools
- Indepth experience in residential renovations or property management unit turnovers is required
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Compensation is determined by the individual's experience and production ability.
Salary:
From $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
