Job summary
The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) is seeking a Customer Account System Administrator to support and enhance the work of the Solid Waste & Recycling Department by administering technology solutions at TNRD solid waste management facilities.This position oversees scale house and transfer station point of sale operations, including administering the scale and mobile software system,
overseeing waste disposal fee processing and monthly account customer billing,
resolving customer service issues,
tracking and reporting waste and recycling data,
coordinating weigh scale maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance,
providing training to contractor staff on operational procedures
& ensuring bylaw/policy compliance by contract staff/site users.
