We are looking for a
Shuttle Dispatch Coordinator for our
Delta, BC Location. This is a
Full-Time, Seasonal position. The hourly rate is between $19 and $21 depending on work background and experience.

Job Duties:


  • Schedule customer transfers via phone or E-Mail
  • Train and oversee shuttle dispatching assistants and drivers
  • Assign and direct shuttle bus drivers
  • Ensure smooth flow in cooperation with Customer Service Supervisor and Demo Coordinator
  • Perform general and specific administrative duties
  • Assist with stocking of items for Food Bank
  • Periodic reception relief duty
  • Promote a positive culture of success, fairness and discipline
  • Helping out other departments as needed

Requirements:


  • Be a person of integrity and always make a positive contribution to your work environment
  • Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Have a friendly outgoing personality and love working with an international clientele
  • Be fluent in English (additional languages are always a bonus)
  • Be confident working in a fastpaced environment and meeting tight deadlines
  • Care about people and have a desire to be part of a team who cares deeply about making customers' vacation dreams come true
  • German or Dutch speaking is considered an asset
