The Role

Prepare financial statements and supporting documents.
Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns, including related filings and schedules.
Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of corporate year ends, which includes compilation, review, and audit engagements.
Meet deadlines as assigned by the partners or senior staff accountants.
Participate in education, training and professional development programs.
Be prepared to work hard and have fun.
Work independently and in a team environment under the direction of the leadership.
Basic understanding of various software programs, including Sage 50, CaseWare, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office is a definite asset.
Completion of additional adhoc administrative duties or assignments as required.

What You Will Bring

A university or college student pursing (or completed) an undergraduate degree (preferably BCom or BBA) that aligns with CPA prerequisites.
Excellent communication, time management, and client service skills.
Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
