Its charitable arm, MLSE Foundation, focuses on funding initiatives to support youth through sport and recreational programs. In 2017 MLSE Foundation, with support of community and corporate partners, built MLSE LaunchPad, a 42,000-sq. ft.

Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • As the creative shepherds, Account Production Leads are responsible for leading all project stakeholders through creative development.
  • Primary point contact for assigned partnership projects. Leading the development of deliverables for assigned projects.
  • Responsible for managing projects endtoend: from intake to production to final delivery ensuring that the work is on brief, on time, and on budget.
  • Conduct efficient and directed intake meetings to ensure alignment across all stakeholders prior to work commencing.
  • Providing the framework for, and participating in, Creative Ideation as projects develop.
  • Coordinate key elements of the project, ensuring deliverables reflect the brief/statement of work (SOW).
  • Developing and monitoring timelines for each project, as well as managing the commitment to work back schedules that are approved by all stakeholders
  • Ensure sufficient resources are available to support requested work on proposed timelines, and managing external resources as the need arises.
  • Liaise with client partners/Brand for materials and approvals, as well as management of scope creep.
  • Ensure all projects are quality checked and meet expected standards prior to delivery.
  • Prepare post mortem analysis regarding project overview, delivery, future recommendations and key learnings.

Qualifications:


  • Post Secondary Graduate from a Marketing or Advertising program.
  • 35 years experience in an ad agency, design firm or communications company is an asset.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively
  • Understanding of research and media metrics
  • Confident in gathering feedback and presenting solutions
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • A creative selfstarter with an ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction
  • Excellent presentation, organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop professional relationships
  • Passionate, committed, outgoing, enthusiastic, reliable and works well within a team environment
  • Understanding of Adobe editing and design software and systems, and WorkFront (or other project management tool) is an asset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as the need arises
  • Ability to assess scope of work and troubleshoot quickly, and take hands on action as needed
  • Adaptability: MLSE is a constantly growing and changing environment, and while processes are required, a fluid approach and willingness to change according to corporate priorities and transitions is necessary.
