Summary
Birdhouse is looking for a General Manager to be part of our expanding, new and innovative concept which originated in the West Island.
The General Manager will be responsible for the success of all operations; enjoys mentoring staff with a hands-on approach; and ensuring all our guests have the best food experience possible.
You must have previous experience in a similar position, and strong social and business attributes.Most importantly, the ability to problem solve, and practicing and implementing the highest standards of health in safety is required.
Additionally, you will be responsible for all inventory, payroll, and scheduling.General Manager Job Summary
General Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Hire and train FOH staff.
- Set and maintain a shift schedule.
- Oversee daytoday operations
- Oversee stock levels and ordering of supplies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly fixing any issues.
- Facilitate quick and efficient communication between front and backofhouse (BOH)
- Manage budgets and report to owners.
- Process Payroll
- Do monthly inventory
Front of House Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills

- 5 years of restaurant experience
- 2 years of Supervisory/GM experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$60,000.00-$72,500.00 per year
