Product Owner

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the planning, product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Collaborate with an experienced development team to translate our strategic product roadmap into actionable wellwritten epics and technical user stories with established acceptance criteria
Proactively work with the development team to identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner
Drive collaboration with cross functional team resources in delivering work in a lean way that builds trust, ownership and accountability
Act as a bridge between our development and business/product management teams. Point person for the development team to provide clarification of business requirements and objectives throughout the development cycle, ensuring the developed solutions meets business requirements
Build, refine and maintain a product backlog while working closely with Product Management and Business leaders to define priorities
Actively participate in the definition and design of new products and functionality for assigned projects, and document the solution and contributing ideas
Provide backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of user stories
Report on backlog and provide status updates on sprint progress, feature development etc.
Effectively lead meetings and ceremonies with all levels of the business
Participate in meetings with clients and third parties in representing deliverables and timelines
Champion clients, users and drive stronger user experiences
Monitor and analyse trends with respects to product performance

What You Need to Succeed:

Automotive experience an asset
Knowledgeable and passionate about technology
Proactive, selfstarter with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholder to drive collaboration and alignment
High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
Established background in launching software or services in partnership with technology team and high degree of proficiency in iterative development and understanding of Agile principles
