The new Biologics Manufacturing Centre is helping build Canada's capacity to produce, access and supply vaccines and other biologics to advance Canada's biomanufacturing sector and respond to public health emergencies.

The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for performing all warehouse-related duties.

As an expert in material handling, the Warehouse Operator will be responsible for carrying out tasks related to receiving, storage, inventory monitoring, internal production support and shipping operations, while complying with GMP and health and safety and environmental standards.

The Warehouse Operator will therefore have to be proficient with operating forklifts and with the automated inventory management system as per procedures (SOPs), best practices and processes.

Typical work day is 7,5 hours. Schedule may vary from week to week, exact schedule will be confirmed by the manager.


The NRC will soon be transitioning operations of the Biologics Manufacturing Centre to a not-for-profit corporation (outside the Government of Canada).

As a result, this is a term employment opportunity with the NRC until March 31, 2023, with the potential of an offer of employment under the new organization after this date.
