Job Summary:

• The Full-Time Associate assists with daily store operational functions, including providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and handling other responsibilities assigned by management.

Essential duties include building customer relationships, displaying fashion knowledge, assisting with shipments and merchandising, maintaining a positive attitude toward job and company compliance with policies monitoring loss prevention procedures enforcing point of sale protocols balancing cash transactions investigating discrepancies keeping management informed ensuring a neat environment performing other duties as needed.
