Here's What You'll Be Doing:

The role of the General Manager is straightforward...

Successfully manage the restaurant
Hire and develop a great team that gives guests a
SUPERB experience every time.
Keep turnover and costs low.
And to do everything else it takes to run a great establishment

This Is What You'll Need:

- _3 to 5 years of experience as a Pub or Restaurant Front-of-house Manager with a passion for craft beer._

A degree OR diploma in the Restaurant & Hospitality Industry or related field is a definite asset
Strong proficiency operating a cash register and Point of Sale system.
Positive attitude and ability to work 50+ hours per week.
Food handlers certificate
Smart Serve Certified
First Aid Certification is an asset
Health and Safety Level 1 & 2 certification is an asset
Reliable transportation
