Responsibilities include:

Review the models for clashes, maintain clash reports, and meet with the Disciplines to resolve clashes.

Assist in maintaining the project Family library, review and clean families downloaded from websites.


Review and verify the models follow project standards, clean up non standard elements, provide a model health report and meet with the Discipline team to review file clean up.

Participate in BIM meetings and facilitate regularly-scheduled meetings related to Clash detection and resolution


Qualifications:

2-year technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter course (or equivalent)

8+ years of relevant design and BIM modeling experience.

BS degree preferred but not required

1 to 2 years of experience working in design engineering or field construction preferred

Fundamental knowledge of engineering and construction-related processes

Must be well versed in Navisworks Manage, Revit, BIM 360 and Civil 3d
