About this opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Manipulating large amounts of data into innovative reports, dashboards and new tools
  • Lead the management of Greenmile reporting to measure and benchmark performance, identify opportunities, drive continuous improvement, and support in the achievement of department
  • Responsible for working with Managers and Supervisors to implement new tools to improve the planning experience
  • Supports DSD Planning team with financial and other business performance and opportunity analysis
  • Provides regular reporting support (creation, distribution, and insights) for adhoc initiatives and projects
  • Provides actionable recommendations based on the interpretation of data
  • Liaise with external vendors when needed to improve key tools and functions within DSD
  • Supporting and delivering presentations to senior leaders as needed

EDUCATION PREFERRED:

University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • Proven effective written, oral and financial information communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited systems including SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects Microsoft Power BI as well as the rest of the Microsoft Suite of products is required
- intermediate/advanced knowledge building Power BI reports

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel acumen is necessary to be successful in the role, VBA & Macros is preferred
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Proven ability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems
  • Data Modeling: Knowledge of statistical and mathematical computer programs and modeling techniques.
  • Must be strong in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Supply Chain experience in a CPG environment is an asset
  • Must be fluent in English
- both written and oral, French is an asset
