Part-Time Receptionist
We are hiring a permanent
Full-Time Receptionist for our growing clinic in south-east Edmonton If you are friendly, organized and have an interest in health and sport, come join our team
The
Receptionist is responsible for creating the best experience possible for our patients by providing efficient administrative support and coordinating clinic activity with friendly and professional service.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and arriving patients in the clinic
- Answering telephone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Direct billing insurances and processing payments
- Providing administrative support to the clinic staff
- Light cleaning duties
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Kind, personable, and team player
- Detail orientated, organized and hard working.
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills.
- Ability to multitask and keep a calm composure.
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Working knowledge of Jane software is an asset, but not required.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
