Kia North Bay is growing extensively and needs to add an assistant sales manager to assist in all aspects of the sales department.


The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople as well as promoting and encouraging strategies to sell new and used vehicles.

The Assistant Sales Manager plays a leadership role and is responsible for assisting in the new and used car department, finance department, internet leads/ BDC department, and marketing


Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute monthly sales events and initiatives
  • Plans and is responsible for all social media
  • Perform daily sales meetings
  • Orders new vehicle inventory as required
  • Monitors all new incoming vehicle allocations
  • Monitor and review all showroom traffic and internet leads
  • Strives to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
  • Administers and monitors factory programs.
  • Displays, merchandises and promotes new
- and used-vehicles.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
$32,316.84-$79,781.38 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Retail management: 1 year (required)
