We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Recruitment Advisor to join our People team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment and Retention, you will play an integral part in Pattison Food Group Ltd. centralized recruitment team by supporting full cycle recruitment activities and retention initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

Providing full cycle recruitment support across a variety of levels and business areas.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and implementing recruitment strategies.
Advising hiring managers on recruitment processes and practices.
Providing updates and feedback to hiring managers to support timely decision making and hiring.
Collaborating with HR partners to ensure alignment with recruitment activities.
Maintaining and updating internal resources, including hiring tools and guidelines.
Supporting with retention initiatives.

You have:

2+ years of experience with full cycle recruitment, ideally within a retail or customer centric organization. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience using an ATS and HRIS experience with Workday is an asset. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel). Working knowledge of Canadian Labour Standards and Canadian Human Rights law. The ability to travel on an as needed basis for hiring events.

Compensation Details:
$55, $69,500.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
