The big goal:
Create beautiful, functional, expandable templates that can grow and evolve across an entire series, season, or book universe.
This role is ideal for someone who loves structured creativity, world-building, and organizing chaos into clean, intuitive systems.
Core elements include:
Character profiles
Character relationships + connection charts
Family trees
Maps (especially for fantasy worlds ... I don't need you to create the map, just to create a page that allows me to add the maps into the template)
Episode or chapter recaps
Key lore + mythology breakdowns
Timeline + historical context
Important locations + political structures
Things to track (mysteries, relationships, prophecies, power shifts, etc.)
Content warnings + trigger notes
Thematic analysis (feminist, cultural, or narrative lenses)
Running motifs, symbolism, easter eggs, and callbacks
You'll help design the master template that I can continue to reuse and edit in Canva.
Key Responsibilities:
Design a modular guide template system that can be reused and expanded
Organize complex information into clear, engaging, reader-friendly formats

Collaborate closely with the podcast host to align with episode content - I can give you a breakdown of what needs to be in the template specifically, and all of my branding information, etc.
I have a pretty strong vision for this, just simply don't have enough time to create it on my own from scratch.
Ideal Candidate, you might be perfect if you:
- Are deeply online about pop culture, fandoms, and media analysis
- Love fantasy worlds, complex lore, and long running series
- Think in systems, structures, and frameworks
- Enjoy building templates, trackers, databases, and reference documents
- Care about representation, feminism, and critical storytelling analysis
- Get weirdly excited about family trees, timelines, and fictional maps
How to Apply - Please include:
- A short intro about you and your fandom/pop culture background
- Examples of organizational systems, templates, or documentation you've created (personal projects welcome)
